Dinacharya describes the Ayurvedic value placed on a consistent daily rhythm. The most useful routine is one that is safe, realistic, and sustainable rather than a long checklist performed perfectly.

A gentle starting point can include waking at a regular time, cleaning the tongue as part of normal oral hygiene, drinking according to thirst, eating an appropriate breakfast, and allowing time for movement or quiet breathing.

Self-massage with a suitable oil may feel relaxing and support skin comfort. Patch test first, keep the floor safe, and avoid massage over infection, acute injury, allergy, or any area where a clinician has advised against it.

Tongue cleaning or oil pulling should never replace brushing, fluoride toothpaste where advised, flossing, or dental care.

Choose one or two habits, observe how they fit your day, and adjust gradually. Persistent symptoms still need appropriate assessment rather than a more intensive routine.
