Privacy & patient communications

Share less. Understand the handoff.

A plain-language explanation of what the website does locally in your browser and what happens when you choose WhatsApp or phone contact.

What this website processes

The appointment form runs in your browser. Uyirveda does not provide a website server endpoint that receives or stores the form fields. The form prepares a WhatsApp message using the details you enter.

Opening the WhatsApp handoff sends the prefilled message to WhatsApp/Meta for processing. If you send it, the clinic receives the message in WhatsApp. WhatsApp/Meta operates under its own terms and privacy practices.

What is stored on your device

The product enquiry list stores product identifiers and quantities in your browser’s local storage so the list can survive a refresh. It is not used for health notes, appointments, payment, advertising, or analytics.

You can remove products from the list or clear this site’s local storage using your browser controls.

Share only what is necessary

  • Use the optional note only for a short reason for contact; do not paste full medical histories, reports, identity documents, payment details, or highly sensitive information.
  • For sensitive details, call +91 91761 87594 or discuss them during a confirmed consultation.
  • Do not use the website or WhatsApp for emergencies or urgent symptoms.

Clinic communications and your choices

Information you send to the clinic may be used to triage the request, contact you, arrange care, respond to product questions, and meet applicable clinical, legal, or business record obligations.

A fixed retention period is not published on this website. To ask about access, correction, deletion, confidentiality, or current retention handling, contact the clinic by phone before sharing additional information. Some records may need to be retained where clinical or legal duties apply.
